Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use www.nextranslate.ai, submit a project or engage NexTranslate ("NexTranslate", "we"). If you are based in the United States, NexTranslate means NexTranslate LLC; if you are based anywhere else, it means NexTranslate Private Limited, as set out in section 13. By doing so, you accept these terms.

We provide translation, localization, transcreation, machine translation post-editing, linguistic quality assurance, multilingual content management and AI evaluation, as one-off projects or ongoing engagements.

• Provide clear instructions, source content and realistic deadlines
• Respond to our questions promptly
• Pay agreed fees on time
• Review deliverables and report issues within the agreed period
• Make sure your content is lawful and that you have the right to have it translated

• Quotes depend on the language pair, content type, volume and service level
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on them, for example 7, 15 or 30 days
• Late payment may incur interest or affect delivery timelines
• We accept bank transfer, credit or debit card and PayPal
• We may hold final deliverables until payment is received in full

• Each project includes one round of revisions unless agreed otherwise
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds apply only if services were not delivered as agreed or have material quality issues

We treat your content as strictly confidential. Our linguists and staff sign non-disclosure agreements, and we do not reuse or share your content without your written consent. We can sign your NDA or a data processing agreement on request.

You keep ownership of your original content. Translated deliverables become your property once paid in full. We claim no right to reuse your content unless you agree in writing.

You must not submit unlawful, hateful or discriminatory content, use our services for spam, hacking or other malicious activity, or interfere with our workflows or tools. We may end services immediately if you do.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from translated material, or for errors in the source content you provide. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these terms will remain in full force and effect.

You can end a project at any time by written notice. If work has started, you pay for the work completed. We may end a project for non-payment, misuse or material breach.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as force majeure, third-party failures or technical disruption.

We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.

If you are based in the United States, your contract is with NexTranslate LLC, 1007 N Orange St. 4th Floor, Suite #5540, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

If you are based anywhere else, your contract is with NexTranslate Private Limited, 2nd Floor, Core 1, Pacifica Tech Park, Rajiv Gandhi OMR IT Expressway, Navalur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600130, India. These terms are then governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction.
